Emergency Response Rule: Utility Preparedness

A focused course on OSHA’s proposed Emergency Response Rule and how it affects utilities and other employers with in-house response capabilities.

This session covers the NPRM’s intent, expected regulatory impacts, and preparedness strategies for utilities with technical rescue or medical teams. Emphasis is placed on training, documentation, and compliance planning.
